Ceramic Workshop

Our in-house ceramicist Annelies can organise a workshop for your team, using a range of ceramic techniques. Sculptural work from a block, making your own stamps, building techniques, sgraffito, glazing, wheel-throwing and using raw materials in the clay. The highlight can be a field kiln, a very ancient method of firing ceramics without an oven.

Willow Weaving

Eske De Crop from ‘de Wilgernis’ brings craftsmanship to the farm with her willow creations. With her experience in workshops she knows how to guide a group of up to 10p. At the end of the session everyone goes home with his own little bird feeder basket, wild foraging basket, etc.

Wool Spinning

Sander Vanherpe teaches you the ancient craft of wool spinning. Whilst wool has become a waste product in modern times, he sees it as a precious material from which you can still make useful items. And it is not just the end product that is valuable; you’ll find that the process itself is a joy for the mind.

Herbal Walk

On the farm’s 15-hectare estate, bespoke herbal walks are organised, led by our resident witch Heleen La Fay, who is well-versed in the medicinal, mythological and magical properties of plants. From making pills and syrups to preserving and drying, she’ll teach you everything you need to know. The walks can focus on themes such as the moon, the seasons or trees, depending on the group’s interests.
