Thanks to the unfailing support of the province of Oost-Vlaanderen, the farm now houses an artisan bakery. Our craftsmen are passionate about sourdough and ancient grains - they experiment with taming different fermentation types and create new and original recipes with the wonderful flour from the Ijzerkotmolen. ​

We are delighted to invite you into our atelier to show you all the tricks of the trade. Children, family, friends... Everyone is welcome to get their hands "flour dirty"!
