Thanks to the unfailing support of the province of Oost-Vlanderen, the farm now houses an artisan bakery. Our two craftsmen, Nils and Emmanuel, are passionate about sourdough and ancient grains - they eperiment taming different fermentation types and create new and original recipes with the wonferful flour from the Ijzerkotmolen.
Nils and Emmanuel are delighted to invite you into their atelier to show you all the tricks of the trade. Children, family, friends... Everyone is welcome to get their hands "flour dirty"!
